Easy Bean Dip
Ingredients
1 garlic clove minced, or ½ teaspoon of garlic powder
½ cup onion, chopped
15 oz. can of beans, drained and rinsed
1 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon vinegar
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl or blender. Mash or blend together. Serve with crackers or veggies.
