Happy Meatless Monday 101419




So Good For You broth



Ingredients
Onion (fresh and powdered)
Garlic (fresh and powdered)
Ginger (fresh and powdered)
Liquid Aminos (like a soy sauce)
Lemon, squeeze of juice, add lemon wedge to pot
Seaweed Snacks
Salt
Black pepper
Cayenne
Basil
Curry
OPTION:  If desired, add cooked rice or noodles to make it more filling.

Put water in a large soup pot, bring to boil, add all of the above ingredients to taste.
